The process running one of the databases reached its memory limit, which prevented the platform to run the application or process bot messages.

The platform experienced degraded performance for 5 minutes, starting at 03:46:29 (UTC), and an outage of 21 minutes starting at 03:51:04 (UTC).

A temporary fix was applied at 04:12:05 (UTC) which took the platform back online. A long-term solution was applied at 04:53:00 (UTC) without affecting availability.
