Update
We have delayed the deployment for an hour due to several other services going down for some time: Github, Slack and Heroku. We were cautious if all of them were releated with an AWS issue.

New platform release. This version incldues improvements to user management and Analytics dashboard, among others.

Due to the nature of the changes, the system will experience two short periods of downtime of around 5 minutes. During those periods some parts of the application may not be accessible.
